Our Level 1 & 2 classes are designed for people that are new to Krav Maga. In these classes we focus on the basics of combatives, self-defense, mindset and overall aggression. These classes are designed to push students both mentally and physically. While our primary objective is always self-defense, better physical fitness and weight loss are a secondary benefit.
Our Level 3 & 4 classes are where we begin to work on "options" and weapons. Students at this level are given the opportunity to take what they've already learned and begin to explore variations of the basics. Every situation is unique, so it's important to be able to adapt. Students at this level are also introduced to weapon defense and use.
Our Little Warriors class, designed for ages 5 to 7, promotes a foundation of respect, self-discipline, and focus. Children learn self-defense tailored to their age, instilling basic Krav Maga techniques in a fun and engaging manner.
Our Junior Krav classes are open to children between 8 and 13 years old. We teach practical and effective self-defense techniques and combatives, and students learn the importance of respect and cooperation. By encouraging these values, and with an emphasis on attention to detail both on and off the mat, students increase their focus, and learn to value self-discipline, creating a strong foundation for navigating life.
The teen classes are for ages 13 to 17 years old, where students will learn adult-level combatives and self-defense techniques. With an emphasis on how to protect themselves through situational awareness, the teen classes extend the idea of self-defense into self-preservation. This training teaches students to trust their instincts, and to feel more confident in everyday situations.
